Browse through our catalogue and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping basket. When you have made your selection, click on “checkout” .

You will then be asked to provide details so that we can process the order. Orders can only be sent to the address provided on the Pay Pal or Google Checkout payment. NOTE - you do not have to have a Pay Pal account (if using this option) to pay for your items.  You will be using the services of either Pay Pal of Google Checkout to ensure a safe on-line transaction and can choose the option to pay with any major Credit Card. You can also pay by cheque, postal order or cash (see below for further details). 

Delivery schedule:

We try to process all orders, where possible, within 24 hours. Whilst most items will be despatched within one working day, please allow 3-5 days for delivery within the UK. 5-7 days for Europe and 7-14 days Rest of World. 

Payment:

We accept payments via PayPal or Google Checkout, safe online payments that allow you to pay safely and securely with your credit or debit card. We also accept payment by Cheques or Postal Orders or cash (sent by registered/recorded mail). Please make Cheques or Postal Orders payable to PETER GREESON.

Buyers from outside the UK please note: WE DO NOT ACCEPT CHEQUES OR MONEY ORDERS IN ANY OTHER CURRENCY OTHER THAN GB POUNDS STERLING £’s

Packaging:

At Cigala-Art, we want you to receive your purchase in the same great condition it left us. We use only good quality materials for packaging and take great care to insure that happens. We too buy online and can assure you NO ONE takes better care of your purchases. In the unlikely event that an item should arrive damaged in transit, simply contact us, return the item to us and a replacement will be mailed out, free of any charge.

Deliveries to UK mainland (inc. Northern Ireland)

For UK mainland deliveries, postage will be charged at 3.95 GBP per order. For orders over 30.00 GBP postage is FREE to all UK mainland addresses. The postage cost per item should be shown along side the item description, if it is not, please email Cigala-Art for a quote.

Items mailed within the UK will normally be sent first class recorded delivery and insured . Heavier items may be sent via courier and will normally be insured for the full replacement value of the item. If a buyer requires enhanced insurance, Special Delivery or an expedited service please email the above for a quote BEFORE placing your order. Cigala-Art reserves the right to replace any of the above services, without notice, for a similar or enhanced service, where we deem it to be more appropriate.

Overseas & non-mainland UK:

For overseas deliveries, postage will be charged at cost PLUS a small fee for packaging and handling. We have negotiated very favourable rates with Royal Mail but must adhere to a 2 kilo weight limit. Any single item weighing over 2 kilos will be clearly marked in the listing as not available for overseas customers.  

Returns:

If you are not happy with your purchase, please return it to us within 14 days. We will make a refund, provided the goods are returned in perfect condition and in their original packaging. Please return the delivery note with the item and state the reason for the return. We do not refund postage costs unless an item arrives damaged. Items lost or damaged in the post are insured, we will fill out any necessary claims forms with the post office/courier on your behalf and liaise with the correct Postal service to achieve a satisfactory outcome on your behalf. In the event that this becomes necessary please be aware a refund will be made as soon as we have clearance from Royal mail/Courier, this can take several weeks but we will endeavour to keep you informed of all developments as appropriate.
